  • 1. I put the wrong delivery address on my order. What should I do?

    If your order has not been dispatched, we can update the address — please contact us immediately.

    If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot change the address.

    If the item is returned to us:

    • We can resend it (you’ll need to pay for postage again), or
    • We can refund the item cost (excluding postage and a 10% restocking fee).

    Customized items are non-refundable.

  • 2. When will my order be dispatched?

    Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 2 PM will be dispatched the same day.

    Saturday: Orders placed before 9 AM will be dispatched the same day.

    Sunday: Orders will be dispatched on Monday.

  • 3. When will I receive my order?

    UK Orders: Sent via 1st Class post – usually arrives the day after dispatch. You can also select:

    • 1st Class Signed For, or
    • Next Day Delivery (includes tracking).

    You’ll receive a tracking number after dispatch.

    International Orders: We use Tracked or Tracked & Signed services where available. Delivery times vary by country (see below). Tracking numbers are provided once the order ships.

  • 4. What are the estimated delivery times?

    Please note these are only estimates and may vary.

  • 5. I haven’t received my order (UK orders). What should I do?

    Please message us via Etsy so we can look into it.

    UK deliveries may be delayed due to Covid, postal/rail strikes, or holidays. Orders may take up to 20 days.

    You must contact us within 4 weeks of your dispatch date.

    If more than 80 days have passed, we may not be able to help due to Royal Mail’s policy.

  • 6. How do I leave a review?

    1. Go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews
    2. Find the order and select a star rating
    3. Write your review
    4. Click “Post Your Review”
  • 7. What is your returns and exchange policy (UK only)?

    Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn/unused (no perfume smells, etc.).

    Used or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    If a refund is approved:

    • It will be for the item only, minus postage and a 10% restocking fee.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Return postage and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
